2. Winter melon can lubricate the intestines and promote urination, and has an excellent therapeutic effect on habitual constipation in humans. In addition, winter melon has excellent cough and phlegm-relieving effects, and is especially suitable for people who have coughs due to lung heat.

How to make winter vegetables

1. Ingredients: 150 grams of wintergreen, 80 grams of tofu, 10 grams of ginger, a little oil and salt.

2. Soak the wintergreen in clean water for an hour, then wash it to remove the hair on its leaves. Also wash the tofu in clean water.

3. Cut the washed tofu into small pieces and set aside. Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil, then add a small amount of cooking oil and ginger to cook. After the water boils, you can add the tofu and cook together.

4. After cooking for about five minutes, put the washed winter melon into the pot and cook together. Then cook for about seven or eight minutes, then add salt, sesame oil and chicken essence seasoning to season, then turn off the heat and serve.
