Materials: 10

200 g flour

200 g corn flour

Salt

black pepper

4 tablespoons olive oil

Canned corn 80 g

60 g chives

Tomato 100 g

1 red pepper

1 clove of garlic

250 g minced beef

Wermut 100 ml (a kind of wine)

For the dough: Mix flour, corn flour, 220 ml warm water, salt, two tablespoons of oil, and knead into a dough. The dough will be a little sticky, but that's okay. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour.

How to make corn pie

1 Drain corn. Cut green onion into rings. Remove tomato stems and cut into small pieces. Cut pepper into rings. Chop onion and garlic.

2 Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and sauté the meat with onions, garlic and chili peppers over low heat. Add salt and pepper. Pour in the Wermut and let the wine dry. Add the corn, shallots and onions and sauté until soft.

3 Cut the dough into 10 pieces of about 50 g each and roll them into a circle with a diameter of about 15 cm on a floured board. Wrap the beef filling inside and press the edges tightly.

4 Add oil to the pan and fry the pancakes on low heat until both sides are golden brown. Take them out and absorb the oil on a paper towel.

Tips:

It goes well with fried potato chips.
