How to make water spinach with fermented bean curd

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the water spinach thoroughly and cut it into inch-long pieces.

3. Cut the garlic into thin slices and set aside.

4. Crush the white fermented bean curd and add a little soup and water to mix well.

5. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic slices and fry until fragrant.

6. Add the water spinach stems first and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add water spinach leaves and stir-fry again.

8. Stir-fry the water spinach until soft, then add in the prepared white fermented bean curd sauce and stir-fry briefly.

9. Cook to your liking, then add red pepper to enhance the flavor.
