2017 was a very turbulent year for my baby. Maybe it was because she grew too fast (she was already over one meter tall when she turned three), or because she started kindergarten for the first time, or because I didn't take good care of her, my baby always got sick easily. So as a mother, I was naturally very concerned about my baby's diet. My baby loved to eat porridge, so I naturally put more effort into making porridge.

What I made for my baby today:

Tomato beef spinach porridge recipe

1) Boil water and rice into porridge

2) While the porridge is cooking, prepare the minced beef - cut the purchased beef into slices, chop it with the back of a knife for a while, then chop it with the blade, then add some chopped green onions, ginger powder, salt and a little egg white, mix well and marinate for 5-10 minutes

3) Wash and blanch the spinach, squeeze out excess water and cut into small pieces for later use.

4) Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and cut them into dices for later use

5) Place the wok on the fire, add peanut oil, stir-fry the minced beef when it is about 70% to 80% hot. When the color changes, add tomatoes and stir-fry for one or two minutes. Then add the cooked porridge and continue to boil.

6) When the porridge boils again, add the chopped spinach and the remaining chopped green onion, mix well and you have a bowl of fragrant, nutritious and rich tonic porridge! Tasted it, it's fresh and delicious! See the picture above!
