Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and add your favorite vegetables, add appropriate amount of edible salt after boiling, then put the noodles into the pot and cook, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil before serving, and put in a boiled egg, and you can eat it directly after serving.

3. Stir-fried oats

Buckwheat can also be fried, but it should be processed into noodles before frying. When you want to eat it, put the prepared buckwheat noodles in a pot and cook until 80% cooked, then take it out and rinse it with cold water, cool it down and then take it out for later use. Prepare appropriate amount of green and red pepper shreds and chopped green onions, and then prepare appropriate amount of lean meat shreds.
