1. Preparation of ingredients for dried bonito peanut porridge

The ingredients needed include rice, two dried bonito flakes, 200 grams of pork chops, 100 grams of peanuts, and some wolfberries. The seasonings include salad oil, salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and pepper.

2. How to make dried bonito and peanut porridge

Step 1: Soak the peanuts overnight and clean the surface of the bonito flakes.

Step 2: Use scissors to cut the bonito into thin strips and soak them in clean water for an hour.

Step 3: Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for two hours.

Step 4: Chop the ribs and stir-fry them in hot water to remove the blood and set aside.

Step 5: Heat the pan with oil, then add the ginger to sauté until fragrant. Then put the ribs processed in the previous step into the pan and start frying. When both sides turn golden brown, drain the oil and take out.
