Introduction to the method of black rice porridge

1 Wash glutinous rice, black rice and beans and soak them for six hours (this is what someone posted online, I usually soak them in the morning and cook them in the evening).

2 Wash peanuts, red dates, etc.

3. Bring water to a boil, add rice, cook over high heat for half an hour, then turn to low heat and simmer until the porridge starts to thicken, then add peanuts, red dates, etc.

4 Continue to cook, add rock sugar, and continue to cook until the porridge is very thick.

Black rice and black rice are not the same kind of rice. Black rice is darker than black rice. I have tried to cook porridge with only black rice before, but it was not sticky after cooking for a long time. It feels much better after adding a handful of black rice.
