1. Ingredients for Italian Shrimp and Polenta

Corn grits and shrimp, tomatoes and bacon, seasonings include salt, garlic, a piece of cheese, olive oil and white wine, and a piece of butter. These are the ingredients needed to make Italian shrimp polenta.

2. Italian Shrimp and Polenta Recipe

Step 1: Cut the bacon into strips, dice the tomatoes, wash the shrimps and remove the internal organs, and chop the garlic.

Step 2: Wash the corn residue and soak it in clean water.

Step 3: Pour clean water into the casserole, pour in the corn residue and turn on the fire to boil for about ten minutes.

Step 4: Add cheese and salt to the cornmeal porridge and stir well to prevent the porridge from becoming mushy.

Step 5: Fry the bacon on both sides in a frying pan, and then take it out after it is fragrant.

Step 6: Pour olive oil into a frying pan and add the shrimps and stir-fry evenly. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 7: Add bacon, shrimp and diced tomatoes to the porridge and season with black pepper and salt.

Step 8: After the smell of alcohol is released, add the butter, stir well and simmer for five minutes.
