The main ingredients include about 150 grams of beef, rice and fresh peas. Seasonings include salt, ginger, green onions and black pepper.

2. How to make pea beef porridge

Step 1: Soak the beef for at least an hour to drain the water. After all the blood has been drained, cut the beef into thin strips against the grain.

Step 2: Cut the beef shreds into dices. The size of the dices should be as close to the size of minced meat as possible.

Step 3: Peel the ginger and grind it into ginger powder. There should be more ginger powder.
