1. Eat fresh directly

Fresh and ripe kiwifruit can be eaten directly. Before using, you can use a fruit knife to cut off a small piece from each end of the kiwifruit. Then take a stainless steel spoon and insert the handle into the kiwifruit skin. Gently turn it to peel off the kiwifruit skin completely. After getting the flesh, cut it into pieces and eat it directly.

2. Make jam

Today's kiwi fruit can also be made into jam and eaten later. When making jam, you need to remove all the kiwi fruit peels, then cut its flesh into pieces, and then use a food processor to make it into a paste. Then add an appropriate amount of white sugar and rock sugar to marinate until the juice is marinated. Then pour it into the pot together with the juice and boil it. After the kiwi fruit flesh becomes transparent, turn off the heat and take it out.

3. Make fruit puree

If there are babies or elderly people with weak digestive function at home, they cannot eat kiwi fruit directly. In this case, you can make it into paste before giving it to them. When making it, you need to choose ripe fresh kiwi fruit, remove the skin, cut it into small pieces, and then press it into a paste. Then add an appropriate amount of warm boiled water, mix well and eat it directly.

4. Make fruit wine

Making kiwi wine is also one of the common ways to eat it. When making it, you need to remove the kiwi, wrap the flesh with the skin, and cut it into pieces. Then prepare enough rock sugar and a large clean glass bottle, put a layer of kiwi pulp at the bottom of the bottle, then put another layer of rock sugar, and then put another layer of pulp. Repeat this process. Finally, seal the bottle and ferment it in a warm environment. After about 40 days, the kiwi wine will be ready. Take it out and filter it. After getting the liquid, you can drink it directly.
