Ingredients for oyster porridge

Ingredients: 300g glutinous rice, 1250g oysters (fresh),

Accessories: 150g pork ribs (streaky pork), 5g onion (white skin),

Seasoning: 10g soy sauce, 10g white garlic, 2g MSG, 2g pepper, 50g salad oil

How to make oyster porridge

1. Wash glutinous rice and soak for 30 minutes;

2. Wash and shell the fresh oysters;

3. Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices;

4. Dice the onion;

5. Chop the garlic;

6. Put the pot on high heat, add salad oil and heat it, add onions and stir-fry until golden brown;

7. Add 300g water and boil, add glutinous rice and boil, then add oyster meat and pork belly and boil;

8. Use an iron spoon to stir the porridge along the edge of the pot to prevent it from sticking to the pot;

9. Cook until the rice is just cooked through and the rice is just cooked, add soy sauce and MSG and simmer over low heat;
