1. Soak Tremella in water, remove the roots and tear into small pieces;

2. After the water in the casserole is boiled, add rice and white fungus and bring to a boil over high heat, then continue to cook over low heat for half an hour;

3. Add chrysanthemum, seedless golden jujube and wolfberry, and continue to cook for half an hour;

4. Let the cooked porridge cool down to below 60 degrees, then add honey and mix well.

Chrysanthemum can help the human body replenish qi, strengthen strength, remove dryness and detoxify. Lycium barbarum has the effects of relieving fever, treating diabetes, relieving cough and reducing phlegm, etc. Drinking the decoction of wolfberry root can lower blood pressure. Jujube is sweet and mild in nature, and has the effect of replenishing qi and blood when it enters the spleen and stomach. It is a good product for strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi. Chinese medicine often uses jujube to treat spleen and stomach weakness, insufficient qi and blood, insomnia and other symptoms. Harvest in batches during the peak flowering period in autumn, and use fresh or dry.

The inflorescence of wild chrysanthemum is spherical, brownish yellow, with 4 to 5 layers of bracts. The outer bracts are ovate or ovate-triangular, with gray-green or light brown outer surface, membranous edges, often covered with white hairs; the middle bracts are ovate; the inner bracts are oblong. There is one whorl of ligulate flowers, yellow, mostly wrinkled and curled, and the ligules are 1 to 1.3 cm long when flattened, with full or 2 to 3 teeth at the tip. There are many tubular flowers, dark yellow, fragrant, and bitter.

The inflorescence of rock chrysanthemum is 1 to 1.5 cm in diameter, with 4 to 5 layers of bracts. The outer bracts are linear, the middle and inner bracts are ovate, oblong or oblanceolate. The ligulate flowers are yellow. The lobes are elliptical. The best ones are complete, yellow and fragrant.

Processing: Take the original medicinal materials, remove impurities, stems and leaves, and sieve out the ash. After processing, store in a dry container in a ventilated and dry place.
