40g peanut kernels; 40g walnut kernels; 40g almonds;

20g dried chestnuts; 40g Chinese yam; 50g yellow rock sugar;

How to make beauty and black hair porridge

1) Rinse all the plants that can be washed with water; it is better to pick out the black sesame seeds;

2) If you don’t have yellow rock sugar, you can use brown sugar instead;

3) Use a pressure cooker, put all the ingredients in, add appropriate amount of water, and stir evenly;

Precautions for making beauty and black hair porridge

• Beans and rice both absorb a lot of water, so if you want the finished product to be a thinner porridge, you need to add more water, about 1:3 or 1:4;

• If you use less water, the finished product will be similar to dry rice, or it can be made into an energy bar;

4) After the pressure cooker is boiling, the steam is on, and the valve is pressed, use low heat. It is better to turn off the heat after three or four hours, because beans, black rice, sesame and other foods are not easy to cook thoroughly;
