How to make black rice porridge

1. Soak soybeans in warm water for 1 hour, then rinse with water; remove the old stems of Tremella fuciformis after it is softened; remove the pits of red dates.

2. First, wash the black rice and japonica rice in clean water, add appropriate amount of clean water, cook for about 1 hour, then add soybeans, red dates and washed sesame seeds, and continue cooking for about 30 minutes.
