Ingredients for anchovy porridge

1 bowl of hot white rice (or 1/2 cup of uncooked rice), 5 cups of water, 50 grams of anchovies, 2 tablespoons of chopped carrot, 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage, 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped celery, 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

How to make anchovy porridge

(1)Put rice and water in a pot and cook for about 20 minutes until it becomes porridge-like. Then add anchovies, chopped carrots, and shredded cabbage and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. If you like to eat it a little softer, you can cook it with the rice from the beginning.

(2) Add chopped celery, coriander, ginger and seasoning and mix well.
