Ingredients for Amaranth and Small Fish Porridge

Ingredients: 50g rice, 100g whitebait,

Accessories: Amaranth (purple) 25g,

Seasoning: 2g salt, 1g pepper, 5g rice wine

How to make amaranth and fish porridge

1. Wash the amaranth, blanch it and immediately put it in cold water to cool it down, then take it out, drain the water and cut it into small pieces; soak the small whitebait in water, wash it and set aside.

2. Cook the rice into porridge, add amaranth and whitebait, cook until done, add seasoning and mix well.

Food incompatibility:

Rice: Tang Dynasty Meng Shen: "Japonica rice cannot be eaten with horse meat, as it will cause tumors. It cannot be eaten with Xanthium sibiricum, as it will cause sudden heart pain."
