Wash the rice and purple rice, soak them in 800ml water for 10 minutes. Cut the scallions and fresh ginger into thin strips and set aside.

Wash the fresh oysters, drain them, mix with sugar (1 teaspoon), salt and oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour the soaked rice and purple rice, along with the chopped ginger, into the Philips HD4723 rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

When the porridge is cooked, add the fresh oysters and the remaining sugar, stir well, and bring to a boil again. Sprinkle with sesame oil, chopped coriander and shredded green onions.

2. Chop the pork into small pieces, add salt, salad oil, pepper and sesame oil, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

3. Soak the rice in hot water for a while, drain it and put it into the pot, add broth and bring to a boil, add minced pork and oysters, simmer over low heat until cooked, add salt to adjust the taste, then add chopped celery and winter vegetables, cook for a while, then serve.

Food incompatibility:

Rice (steamed): Rice should not be eaten with horse meat, honey, or Xanthium sibiricum.

Oysters (fresh): Oyster meat should not be eaten with sugar.

Millet noodles: Millet should not be eaten with almonds.
