Wash the round glutinous rice, fresh lotus leaves and fresh lilies, and peel off the bitter core of the lotus seeds.

Place a lotus leaf on the bottom of the pot, then add 1500ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add round glutinous rice, lily, lotus seeds, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 50 minutes, add rock sugar, cover the porridge with another lotus leaf, and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

4) Add the washed lotus seeds and wolfberries. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot with a round lotus leaf, and cook for about 30 minutes.

5) After the porridge is cooked, let it cool naturally, cover the pot and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before drinking for the best taste.

6) If you like sweet food, add rock sugar after the porridge is cooked, stir well, then let it cool naturally and refrigerate.
