Semi-fermented tea

Semi-fermented tea

Semi-fermented tea is a kind of health-preserving tea. Let us learn about it together. I hope you like it.

Semi-fermented tea

As a traditional healthy drink, tea still has a lot of particularities in how to drink it. There are three things to consider when drinking tea healthily:

Check the time. Black tea is suitable for early morning drinking, because it is a fermented tea with mild nature, which will not stimulate the body that has not yet awakened; green tea is suitable for daytime drinking, which helps to refresh the mind; oolong tea is the first choice after dinner, which can help digestion and will not affect sleep at night.

Second, look at the region. Relevant experts advocate drinking tea according to the region, because the local water and soil nurture the local people. Generally speaking, people drink the tea produced in the local area. For example, people in Guangdong and Fujian drink oolong tea, while people in ethnic minority areas like to drink brick tea.

Third, look at your physical condition. For example, people with hot bodies are suitable for green tea, while those with poor stomachs are best to choose fermented tea. For example, if you are prone to getting angry in spring, drink green tea; if you are in a bad mood, drink scented tea to soothe the liver and regulate qi; if you have a thick tongue coating, bloating, or poor digestion, make a cup of semi-fermented tea such as oolong or Anxi Tieguanyin to help remove dampness.
