I vaguely remembered that there was an introduction to scallop porridge on it. But I couldn't find it after searching for a long time, so I had to figure it out on my own.

There is a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant downstairs from the company. Every morning at 10 o'clock, the aroma of sesame oil wafts out. MS's porridge is made with a lot of sesame oil. Every time we order takeout, we can smell the aroma at the door, and then we start shouting: takeout is from here

Ingredients for Shrimp and Scallop Porridge

The ingredients are simple: rice, scallops, shrimp, green onions and ginger

How to make shrimp and scallop porridge

* Soak the dried scallops first, wash them, add ginger and cooking wine, and steam them in a steamer for about 1 hour (it’s ok as long as they are soft)

* Wash the rice and cook it with water (the same way as cooking porridge)

*Cut the ginger into thin strips, add a small amount of oil to a pan, heat it up, add the ginger strips and sauté until fragrant, then pinch the soaked scallops into thin strips and stir-fry for a while

* Wash the shrimps and blanch them in boiling water. The shrimps will turn red quickly and cook quickly. Then remove the heads, shells and peel the shrimp meat.

*When the porridge is almost cooked, add the above two ingredients into the porridge and mix well. Cook it for a while and the porridge will become thick. Add a small amount of salt and sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Now you have a bowl of fragrant shrimp and scallop porridge.

After cooking, I heard my neighbor open the door and said, "It smells so good!" Haha

The porridge is very simple to make and quick to prepare. Besides, scallops and fresh shrimps are good ingredients for health preservation, and the taste and nutrition are excellent! This effort was a success.
