However, the preparation of King oyster mushroom in hotel restaurants is more complicated and not conducive to everyone's preparation at home.

How to make wild king oyster mushrooms

Method 1

1. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into thin slices with a knife. Cut the green onions, ginger and garlic into strips and slices that match the king oyster mushrooms.

2. Wash the tenderloin and cut it into thin slices with a knife for later use. Then cut the green pepper into small thin slices.

3. Heat the oil in the pan, put the chopped king oyster mushrooms in and fry slowly. When both sides turn golden brown, take them out and set aside.

4. Heat cooking oil in another pan. When the oil temperature reaches 80 degrees, add onion and ginger and stir-fry. Then add the prepared pork tenderloin and stir-fry.

5. When the pork tenderloin is 80% cooked, you can put the fried king oyster mushrooms into the pot. After about a minute, add cooking wine and bean paste, and continue to stir-fry. After about another minute, you can add shredded green pepper and stir-fry. Then quickly remove from the pot, put on a plate and serve.

Method 2

1. Slice the king oyster mushrooms, cut the green onion, ginger into shreds, and slice the garlic.

2. Cut the lean meat into thin slices and the green pepper into slices.

3. Add a little oil to the frying pan, put in the king oyster mushroom slices and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, then set aside.

4. Add a little oil to another frying pan, fry the meat slices for about 5 minutes, add the Pixian bean paste and stir well.

5. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the fried king oyster mushroom slices, a little light soy sauce, cooking wine and a small spoonful of water and stir-fry for a while.

7. Add green pepper and stir-fry until cooked.
