How to make dragon bone porridge

Crush the dragon bones, put them into a casserole, add 200 ml of water and simmer for 1 hour. Remove the residue and take the juice. Add glutinous rice, 600 grams of water and an appropriate amount of brown sugar and cook into porridge.

Usage: Take hot on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. 5 days is one course of treatment.

Efficacy: calms the nerves and suppresses yang, astringes and consolidates. Suitable for spermatorrhea, postpartum sweating, night sweats, spontaneous sweating, metrorrhagia, etc.

Note: It is not suitable for people with damp-heat syndrome.

Nutritional components: Every 100 grams of glutinous rice contains 6.7 grams of protein, 1.4 grams of fat, 76.3 grams of sugar, 1442 kilojoules of calories, 19 milligrams of calcium, 155 milligrams of phosphorus, 6.7 milligrams of iron, 0.19 milligrams of vitamin B1, 0.03 milligrams of vitamin B2, and 2.1 milligrams of niacin.
