〖Source〗: Folk experience recipe 〖Ingredients〗: 60 grams of rice, 10 grams of Bupleurum chinense, 25 grams of Purslane, 10 grams of Red Peony Root, 10 grams of Corydalis yanhusuo, 10 dates, 10 grams of hawthorn strips, and 10 grams of white sugar.

〖Preparation〗: Add 1000 ml of water to Bupleurum chinense, Purslane, Red Peony Root and Corydalis yanhusuo, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Remove the residue and keep the juice. Use the juice to cook rice and jujube until the porridge is cooked. Add yam sticks and sugar and mix well.

[Usage]: Take all at once.

[Efficacy]: Clears away heat and dampness, dissipates blood stasis and relieves pain. Suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by damp-heat, stagnation of qi and blood, premenstrual lower abdominal pain, dark red blood, thick and clotted blood, and thick yellow leucorrhea.
