Step 5: Storage. Put the raw materials of wine into the container and stir them twice a day for the first two days to make the yeast evenly distributed.

Step 6: Filter the wine. After a week, the wine is basically fermented and can be filtered through gauze.

It is recommended that families with conditions can choose to use black currant to make wine. Black currant is sweet enough, and the taste of the wine brewed will definitely be better. During the washing process, the grapes must not be broken. Broken grapes can only be eaten, not used to make wine.
