1. Cold green mango

Green mango can not only be eaten as fruit, but also made into cold dishes for people. When making it, you need to prepare 2 to 3 fresh green mangoes and a small amount of table salt. After washing the prepared fresh green mangoes, peel off the skin, remove the flesh and cut it into strips, put it in a clean plate, add the prepared table salt, mix well and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. When making it, you need to prepare 200 grams of green mango, 300 grams of diced chicken, a small amount of carrots, celery, mushrooms and various seasonings, cut the prepared mango into small cubes, and blanch the other prepared ingredients in boiling water and set aside. Heat oil in a wok, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add diced chicken and stir-fry until the chicken changes color, then add side dishes and chopped green mango, stir well and add salt to taste.

3. Sweet and sour green mango

After taking out the flesh of the green mango, you can add your favorite seasonings to make sweet and sour green mango. When eating, you need to remove the peel and core of the green mango, cut it into thin slices, put it directly on a plate, then add an appropriate amount of sour plum powder, and then sprinkle with an appropriate amount of white sugar, mix well and marinate for half an hour. The pickled green mango tastes sweet and sour, refreshing and especially delicious.
