The nutritional value of black chicken is higher than that of ordinary chicken

Black-bone chicken is rich in nutrition, tender in meat, and has high edible and medicinal value. Black-bone chicken is rich in melanin, protein, fat, multiple vitamins and 18 trace elements.

The serum protein and y-protein content of black-bone chicken are higher than those of ordinary chickens. 100 grams of black-bone chicken contains 31.5 grams of amino acids, which is 25% higher than that of ordinary chickens. The content and types of 8 essential amino acids are close to the needs of the human body, among which the content of valine and lysine is higher than that of ordinary chickens. The fat of black-bone chicken contains more polyunsaturated fatty acids and lower cholesterol.

The content of trace elements such as iron, copper and zinc in black chicken is also higher than that in ordinary chickens. In particular, the iron, an essential element for the human hematopoietic system, is 45% higher than that in ordinary chickens, which is an effective nutrient source for the body to prevent iron deficiency anemia.

Modern medicine believes that the edible value and medicinal value of black chicken mostly exist in the melanin substance in its body, which is the material basis for nourishing, strengthening the body, and resisting aging.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that black chicken is mild in nature, sweet in taste, and enters the liver and kidney meridians. It has a good effect on various deficiency syndromes such as qi deficiency, blood deficiency, and spleen deficiency.
