How to make Tremella Cherry Porridge

1. Soak Tremella in cold water until soft, clean and tear into pieces;

2. Wash the japonica rice, soak it in cold water for half an hour, remove it and drain the water;

3. Remove the stems of the cherries and wash them;

4. Add about 1000 ml of cold water to the pot, put the rice in, and boil it over high heat;

5. Then simmer over low heat;

6. When the rice is soft, add Tremella and rock sugar and cook for about 10 minutes;

7. Add cherries and sugar osmanthus, mix well and bring to a boil.
