Ingredients: 30g sea cucumber, 100g glutinous rice, 3g five-spice powder, 10g each of ginger and onion, and a little salt.

"Compendium of Materia Medica" says: "Sea cucumber nourishes the kidney and essence, strengthens yang and cures impotence."
