When making sugar water with it, you need to remove the shell of the rambutan, take out the white flesh inside and remove the core, then put it in a clean pot, add water and appropriate amount of rock sugar, heat it to a boil, then simmer over low heat. Simmer for about fifteen minutes until the soup in the pot becomes slightly thick, then turn off the heat and you can eat it after it cools down.
