2. Put the processed hawthorn in a food processor or a wall-breaking machine and process it into women's clothing. After taking it out, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, mix well, heat to boil, then simmer over low heat. Turn off the heat when the hawthorn in the pot becomes a red and thick sauce. 1. When making hawthorn jam, you need to prepare fresh and ripe hawthorns, as well as appropriate amounts of maltose and white sugar, as well as appropriate amounts of honey and half a lemon. Soak the prepared fresh hawthorns in clean water, rinse them with running water, and dry the surface moisture.

2. Use a knife to dig out the core and remove the stalk on top. Cut the hawthorn pulp into small cubes, or you can use a knife to chop it into a paste. If you have a food processor at home, you can also put the processed hawthorn pulp in the food processor and blend it. After taking it out, add the prepared white sugar, mix well and marinate for two hours. Then prepare a stainless steel pot and put the marinated hawthorn pulp into the stainless steel pot and simmer it slowly.

3. After boiling, add the prepared maltose and honey and mix well. Then simmer over low heat for about half an hour. Turn off the heat only after the hawthorn pulp in the pot has completely turned into a thick red sauce. The homemade hawthorn jam is now ready. You can take it out and eat it after it cools down.
