Kumquats can also be made into kumquat jam. First, wash the kumquats with a spoon, peel off the skin, and remove the seeds. Boil the water in the pot, put the peels in and blanch for two or three minutes, then take them out. Next, put the peels and pulp into a juicer to squeeze the juice, then pour the squeezed juice into the pot, add salt, sugar and maltose and boil for a quarter of an hour.
