Dried Fig and Lean Meat Soup

4. Dried figs can not only be used to soak in wine, but also can be directly soaked in water. When soaking dried figs in water, you can put two or three pieces of rock sugar and three to four dried figs, then pour in boiling water, soak for three to five minutes and drink it directly instead of tea. You can also not put rock sugar when soaking dried figs in water. When the temperature of the soaked water drops below 60 degrees, add an appropriate amount of honey for seasoning. The taste is also very good, and it allows the human body to absorb more abundant nutrients.
