1. Soak in water and drink

2. Steamed

It can not only allow people to taste the fresh and tender taste of Hami dates, but also nourish qi and blood, regulate internal organs, and can relieve human qi deficiency, asthma, spleen deficiency and other adverse symptoms.

3. Make soup

Hami dates can also be used to make soup. When making soup with them, you need to remove the date pits, cut the date flesh into pieces, prepare a white fungus, soak it in advance, tear it into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and water, put them into the pot together, and boil them into a sweet soup, which can beautify the skin, replenish qi and blood, and also delay skin aging.

4. Boiled eggs

To boil eggs, chop the prepared Hami dates into pieces, put them into the pot together with the clean eggs, add an appropriate amount of longan meat and boil them. After the eggs in the pot solidify, take them out and remove the eggshells. Put the eggs back into the pot and cook them with other ingredients. After cooking for ten minutes, add brown sugar to season. After mixing well, take out and eat the eggs and drink the soup.
