1. When making drunken jujubes at home, you should wash the red dates and put them in a pot, add enough water, boil them over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for an hour. After cooking, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, stir evenly with chopsticks, and cover the pot.

2. After adding rock sugar, continue to heat it over low heat for one hour until the soup in the pot becomes thick, then turn off the heat and let it cool down naturally. After it cools down, you can add the prepared Huadiao wine, and then stir it with chopsticks, let the cooked jujube soak in the soup for four or five hours, and then take it out to make your own drunken jujube.

Production method 2

1. When making drunken jujubes, you need to prepare an appropriate amount of rock sugar or a certain amount of high-proof liquor, then prepare a clean glass bottle, and finally prepare an appropriate amount of jujubes.

2. The jujubes used in making drunken jujubes must be naturally mature and high-quality jujubes. They must be washed with clean water in advance and the surface moisture must be dried. Put the prepared high-proof liquor in a large basin, then put the dried jujubes in the basin and shake vigorously.

3. Make sure the surface of each jujube is covered with white wine, then add the prepared rock sugar, mix well and put directly into the prepared glass bottle, seal it and keep it, shake it vigorously every day, after about a month, the jujube inside will become soft and have a strong wine aroma, take out one and taste it, you will feel that it tastes especially good.
