So how should Renmianzi be pickled? How can you pickle delicious Renmianzi?

Method 1 for pickling Renmianzi

1. When pickling Renmianzi, you need to prepare one kilogram of Renmianzi, 500 grams of white vinegar, 500 grams of light soy sauce, and 200 grams of white sugar.

2. Wash the prepared kernels with clean water to remove the moisture on the surface, then crack them with a knife and put them in a clean glass bottle, then add the prepared vinegar and marinate for five hours.

3. During the process of pickling the kernel noodles, put the white sugar and light soy sauce into the pot and boil them. After the kernel noodles have been pickled for five hours, pour the light soy sauce and white sugar water into the bottle and seal it for three to five days. At this time, the kernel noodles inside can be pickled, and you can take out and eat the flesh when you want to eat it.

Pickling method 2

1. To pickle Renmianzi, you need to prepare 2 kg of Renmianzi, 100 g of chili pepper, 150 g of ginger, 300 g of brown sugar, and appropriate amounts of sour plum and light soy sauce.

2. Wash the kernel noodles, take out the pulp, cut it into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add the prepared brown sugar and marinate for a few hours. After marinating, put the marinating water and the kernel noodles pulp into the pot and boil it, then cook it over low heat for half an hour.

3. Wash and chop the prepared peppers and ginger into small pieces, put them into the pot and cook them together with the noodles. After they become a thick sauce, add sour plums and light soy sauce to enhance the flavor. After mixing well, turn off the heat and let it cool. After it cools down, take it out and put it into a clean glass bottle. You can take it out and eat it anytime you want. Whether you eat it alone or with other ingredients, it tastes especially good.
