Canning Pineapple is a fruit that is especially delicious when canned. You need to prepare 1 to 2 pineapples and two or three clean glass bottles. Remove the skin of the pineapple, cut the flesh into chunks, and soak it in salt water for ten minutes. Take it out and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to marinate for 2 to 3 hours, then put it into a pot and cook it. After boiling, simmer over low heat until the pineapple flesh is fully cooked, turn off the heat and cool it down. Take it out and seal it in a glass bottle.
