1. Chinese yam can cure kidney deficiency and low back pain

Huai yam has a good therapeutic effect on human kidney deficiency and low back pain. During normal treatment, you can take a pair of pig kidneys and cut them into small pieces, then prepare 30 grams of Huai yam and 15 grams of Alpinia oxyphylla, wrap them with cloth, and prepare 100 grams of glutinous rice. After all are prepared, put them into the pot together, then add appropriate amount of water and cook them into porridge. After cooking, take out the medicine bag and eat it directly.

2. Chinese yam can cure physical weakness

Huai yam also has a good therapeutic effect on human physical weakness. For normal treatment, you need to prepare 15 grams of Huai yam, 120 grams of black sesame, 6 grams of rose sugar, 120 grams of rock sugar and 60 grams of polished rice. Wash and soak the prepared polished rice for an hour, take it out and drain it, cut the Huai yam into small grains, fry the black sesame, put them together, add water and fresh milk, mix well, then grind them, dissolve the rock sugar in water, add the black sesame paste and mix well, put in rose sugar, then boil it into a paste, take it out and you can eat it.

3. Chinese yam can cure indigestion

Huai yam also has a good therapeutic effect on human indigestion. For normal treatment, you can take 100 grams of fresh Huai yam, 50 grams of millet, and an appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the Huai yam and cut it into slices. Wash the millet and cook it together with the Huai yam. Add white sugar to season before removing from the pot. After mixing well, put it in a bowl and eat.
