2. Wash all the prepared dried black plums, dried hawthorns and jujubes with clean water, put them in a pot, add Schisandra chinensis, then add clean water, then add rock sugar, and then turn on the fire to cook. After boiling, continue to simmer over medium or low heat for half an hour, then turn off the heat, take out and filter. After the sour plum soup cools down, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours and then take it out and drink it directly.

Black plum jelly

1. Making black plum into black plum jelly is also a good choice. When making it, you need to prepare appropriate amounts of black plum and hawthorn, as well as appropriate amounts of jelly slices, licorice, rock sugar and water.

2. Wash all the prepared black plums, hawthorns and licorice with clean water, then put them into a pot, add clean water and rock sugar and boil them together.

3. After boiling, cook for another 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and filter the sour plum juice to cool it down. After it drops to room temperature, add gelatin sheets and mix quickly. After the gelatin sheets are completely melted, you can pour the sour plum juice into the mold. Put the mold with the sour plum juice in the refrigerator and refrigerate for a few hours. The homemade black plum jelly will be ready. Take it out of the mold and eat it directly.
