1. Base fertilizer for red grapes

The time to apply basal fertilizer should be after the red grapes are harvested and before the land freezes.

2. Topdressing of red grapes

During the growth period of red grapes, attention should be paid to topdressing. The topdressing should be mainly quick-acting fertilizers, such as urea, compound fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer. The first topdressing should be carried out after the red grapes sprout in spring. At this time, nitrogen fertilizer can be mainly applied with a small amount of phosphorus fertilizer, which is very beneficial to the growth of the young buds of red grapes. The second topdressing should be carried out before flowering, with potassium fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer as the main fertilizers, which can improve its flowering quality and increase the fruit setting rate of red grapes.

Red grapes have different requirements for water in different growth periods. After the red grapes enter the budding period in spring every year, sufficient water should be provided in time. After the fruit expansion period, the red grapes' demand for water will increase. When watering, it is necessary to water them enough and thoroughly to facilitate the development of the grape fruits.
