How to make coconut milk sago

Ingredients for making coconut milk sago

Usually, when making sago with coconut milk, you need to prepare 150 grams of sago, 400 grams of coconut milk, and appropriate amounts of mango, strawberry and dragon fruit. If these fruits are not available, you can choose your favorite fruits instead.

Specific steps for making coconut milk sago

1. Wash the prepared tapioca pearls with clean water, then put them in a pot and add clean water to cook. After boiling, turn down the heat and cook slowly. Stir back and forth while cooking. Turn off the heat only after the tapioca pearls become completely transparent.

2. Take out the cooked tapioca pearls and soak them in cold water. The soaked tapioca pearls will become transparent, and each grain is crystal clear and very attractive.

3. Peel the prepared dragon fruit and mango, cut the flesh into small cubes, and cut the strawberries into small pieces for later use.

4. After taking out the soaked tapioca pearls, put them in your favorite container, add the prepared coconut milk, and finally put the diced fruit on top of the tapioca pearls. Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. You can eat it after taking it out. If you don’t want to put it in the refrigerator, you can also add an appropriate amount of ice cubes to the tapioca pearls. It tastes particularly tempting.
