Mango Roast Chicken

Mango and Tangerine Peel Lean Pork Soup

2 to 3 unripe mangoes, half a tangerine peel, and 150g of lean meat. Wash the mangoes, cut them and dry them in the sun, put them in a casserole with the tangerine peel and pork, and simmer the soup over a slow fire. Take it after 3 hours of boiling, and take it in 2 to 3 times. This soup has the effect of clearing the lungs and reducing phlegm, detoxifying, dispelling evil and draining pus. Beef tenderloin with mango

250g beef, 1 mango, half an onion, half a red pepper, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, a little black pepper, starch, salt, wine, soy sauce. Cut the beef into strips, add wine, salt, egg white, and starch to marinate for about 10 minutes, cut the onion and red pepper into strips, peel the mango, and cut into strips, fry the beef and drain, then add a little oil to fry the onion and red pepper, add the beef, then add soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper and mix well, finally add the mango and stir-fry.
