3. This product is a liver enzyme inhibitor. When used in combination with propranolol, its serum concentration increases and the heart rate slows down at rest; when used in combination with phenytoin sodium or other hydantoins, the latter's blood concentration may increase, leading to phenytoin sodium poisoning.

4. When used in combination with opioids, there are reports of adverse reactions such as respiratory depression, mental confusion, and loss of orientation in patients with chronic renal failure.

11. When used in combination with tetracycline, the dissolution rate of tetracycline can be reduced, absorption can be reduced, and the effect can be weakened; the opposite is true for aspirin.

12. Combination use with ketoconazole may interfere with the latter's absorption and reduce its antifungal activity, but taking some acidic beverages at the same time can avoid the above changes.

13. The combined use of this product and captopril may cause psychotic symptoms.

14. Since this product has a myoneural blocking effect similar to that of aminoglycosides, this effect cannot be counteracted by neostigmine but can only be counteracted by calcium chloride.
