The efficacy and preparation steps of Sydney loquat soup

It is mainly used to treat lung heat and cough, long-term cough, dry throat, thirst and insufficient stomach qi.

Used for cough: 9-15 grams of loquat seeds, mash them, add 3 slices of ginger, decoct in water, remove the residue and take once in the morning and evening.

100g loquat, 100g pear, a small bag of lotus root starch, a little honey

2. Remove the core of the pear loquat and cut it into pieces, then add water

3. Dissolve the lotus root starch with cold water

4. After the loquat and snow pear are cooked soft, pour in the lotus root powder while stirring until the soup shrinks and thickens, then turn off the heat. 5. After the loquat and snow pear soup is cooled, add honey to taste.

Tips

If you are not in a hurry, you can actually cook it with white fungus. Put the white fungus into the pot and cook it until it is soft and the soup is thick, then add loquat and snow pear and continue to stew. However, eating lotus root in spring is more heat-clearing.
