1. Loquat and Tremella Congee

Ingredients: 100g polished rice, 40g loquat, 30g white fungus (dried), 10g rock sugar

practice:

1. Wash the japonica rice, soak it in cold water until it expands, pick it up and drain the water.

2. Rinse the loquats, peel them, cut them in half, and remove the core.

3. Soak the Tremella in warm water to swell, pick and clean it, and tear the large ones into pieces.

4. Take a pot, add cold water, white fungus and glutinous rice, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat. When the porridge is almost done, add loquat and rock sugar, and boil for another two or three times.

2. Rock sugar loquat

Ingredients: loquat (1000g), cherry (15g), pea (25g), rock sugar (250g)

practice:

1. Peel the loquat, remove the core and internal tendons, soak in clean water (to avoid discoloration), then take out, blanch in boiling water, and then rinse with cold water.

2. When eating, put 1000 grams of water in a clean pot, add rock sugar, bring to a boil and pass through a sieve. Wash the pot, pour in the sugar water and loquats, bring to a boil, then pour into a soup pot or serve in 10 small bowls, sprinkle with red cherries and green beans.

3. Fresh loquat leaf powder

Ingredients: Fresh loquat leaves (remove the hairs on the back of the leaves), gardenia kernels

practice:

Grind fresh loquat leaves (remove the hair on the back of the leaves) and gardenia kernels into powder, take 6g each time, 3 times a day.
