Ingredients: 160g lean pork, 400g black fish,

How to make mangosteen and dendrobium raw fish soup

1. Remove the scales and gills of raw fish, rinse with water and wipe dry.

2. Fry ginger in oil until lightly browned.

3. Wash Chinese yam, polygonatum and Huoshan dendrobium with water.
