Loss of appetite and indigestion: Put 10 jujubes (fried until charred), 10 grams of tangerine peel (or 4 grams of dried tangerine peel) in a thermos cup, brew with boiling water for 10 minutes, and drink as tea before and after meals. 4. Diarrhea: 10 jujubes, 20 grams of coix seeds, 3 slices of dried ginger, 30 grams of yam, 30 grams of glutinous rice, and 15 grams of brown sugar, cook them together into porridge and drink. 5.
