Can jujube cure irregular menstruation?

As a traditional Chinese medicinal material for treating diseases, jujube has a particularly obvious effect in dietary therapy and health preservation. There are many ways to eat jujube. Different combinations of ingredients and preparation methods have different therapeutic effects. Below, Saifudun Chinese Medicine recommends several ways to eat jujube. These dietary therapy recipes have certain regulating effects on high blood pressure, insomnia, indigestion, diarrhea, neurasthenia, irregular menstruation, etc. You can refer to the following steps to prepare and eat in daily life.

Jujube can cure high blood pressure and irregular menstruation

1. Hypertension: 10 jujubes, 30 grams of onion, 20 grams of celery root, and an appropriate amount of glutinous rice, cook into porridge and eat.

2. Insomnia: 20 jujubes, 7 green onions, decoct in water and drink before bed.

3. Loss of appetite and indigestion: Put 10 jujubes (fried until charred), 10 grams of tangerine peel (or 4 grams of dried tangerine peel) in a thermos cup, brew with boiling water for 10 minutes, and drink as tea before and after meals.

4. Diarrhea: 10 jujubes, 20 grams of coix seeds, 3 slices of dried ginger, 30 grams of yam, 30 grams of glutinous rice, and 15 grams of brown sugar, cook them together into porridge and drink.

Precautions when eating jujube

In daily life, you can also eat dates to treat physical diseases. Here I recommend a dietary therapy for hypotension in middle-aged and elderly people - choose 20 dates, 10 grams of Pseudostellaria baicalensis, 30 grams of yam, 20 grams of coix seeds, 10 grams of lotus seeds, and 50 grams of rice. Wash all the above medicines, cook them with rice into porridge, and eat them in the morning and evening. It has the therapeutic effect of tonifying the middle and replenishing Qi, strengthening the spleen and raising blood pressure.
