Honey jujube tea recipe steps

I don’t know if you have ever had honey and jujube tea, it tastes pretty good. If you are interested, you can make it yourself.

Honey jujube tea ingredients

150 grams of dried red dates, 50 grams of rock sugar, 250 milliliters of honey, and 350 milliliters of water.

Honey jujube tea recipe

1. Rinse the dried red dates with running water to remove the loose soil on the surface, then split the dried red dates in half with a knife and remove the pits. 2. Pour the pitted dried red dates and rock sugar into a small soup pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, cover with a lid, and continue to cook over low heat until the water is completely dried up (about 30 minutes).

3. Use a whisk to beat the ripe red dates directly in a small soup pot until they become red date paste, then continue to use low heat to dry out the little moisture that has been released.

4. After the cooked red date paste has cooled completely, put it into a clean glass bottle, then pour in honey and stir evenly with a small spoon.

5. When drinking, put 2 teaspoons (about 10 grams) of honey and dates into a cup, then add warm water and stir well.

1. The raw materials can also be cooked directly in a casserole without a blender! But mashing the ingredients will make them taste better faster! It should also be more nutritious.

2. The seeds of red dates should be removed to avoid being too hot and dry. You can drink it often.

3. People with heavy dampness and heat should not eat red dates. They can just soak wolfberries. Or change red dates into black tea, which can also improve eyesight, nourish the liver, benefit blood, and resist fatigue.

Red dates not only strengthen the body, but also delay aging. As the old saying goes, "Eat three dates a day, and your face will not look old." Autumn is a good time to take supplements. Red dates are warm in nature and sweet in taste, which can replenish qi, nourish blood and calm the mind. Lycium barbarum is sweet and mild in nature, nourishes the liver and kidneys, improves eyesight and eliminates fatigue. Putting the two together in water is not only delicious and nutritious, but also can improve a person's good complexion.

Autumn is my favorite season. The beauty of autumn is rational, mature, warm and tranquil... Slow down and give yourself a chance to breathe, taste a cup of sweet jujube tea, and feel the taste of life.
