1. Raw materials for abalone porridge

The main ingredients of abalone porridge are canned abalone, mushrooms and glutinous rice. Secondly, you need to prepare the ingredients for cooking porridge, including broth, salt, sesame oil and chicken oil.

2. How to make abalone porridge

Step 1: After taking the abalone out of the can, steam it for about two hours. After the cooked abalone cools down, slice it and set aside.

Step 2: Wash the mushrooms, steam them with water and chicken oil for about half an hour, let them cool and then slice them.
