A quail, hericium erinaceus and candied dates are the main ingredients. Then prepare salt, lentils, red beans, black fungus, smilax glabra, yunling, ginger slices and a small amount of pork.

2. How to make Hericium erinaceus porridge

Step 1: Soak Hericium erinaceus in water and take it out after two hours.

Step 2: Soak red beans, lentils, Poria cocos and Smilax glabra in clean water.

Step 3: Soak the fungus and cut into shreds for later use.

Step 4: Blanch the quail and pork in water, cut the meat into cubes and set aside.
