Grape preservation method tells you how to preserve grapes

Grapes, also known as raisins, are a deciduous vine with various colors and tastes. Grapes are rich in vitamins, minerals and flavonoids. Flavonoids are antioxidants that can resist aging and remove free genes that stick to you. There are also anti-cancer elements. Therefore, grapes are a very popular fruit. But how to keep grapes fresh?

Grape preservation method

1. Use plastic bags to store grapes, but be sure to place the packaged grapes in a cool place and do not open the bag at will, otherwise it will seriously affect the storage effect and the preservation will be useless.

2 To preserve grapes at home, first soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove harmful substances on the surface, then rinse them with clean water, seal them in plastic bags and put them in the refrigerator. It is best to put them in several bags and take them out each time you eat them. Do not open the bag and put them back in.

3. Jar storage method: Place the washed grapes in layers into a sterilized jar, with each layer 15-20 cm high, support it with a bamboo curtain, seal it with plastic wrap when it is full, and place it in a cool place.

4. Release method: Extract 0.3% sodium bisulfite and 0.6% anhydrous silica gel according to the weight of grapes, mix them evenly, put them into pairs of paper bags, and change the medicine bags once a month and a half.

5. Fumigation method: Put grapes in a closed and airtight room, then put in fumigants and let them evaporate naturally. Commonly used fumigants are sec-butylamine and sulfur dioxide.
